Will you be a cunning theif jumping into the form of an npc and embracing the act to fool the guards and escape with loot? Or will you be a guard hunting down any suspicious activity to root out the thieves and hopefully avoiding jail yourself for making false accusations? What the side it's bound to be some entertaining chaos with swimming chases, camel master theifs, infectious plagues and no-one will ever find the darn keys for the crying lady.
