[RuneHQ Event] Birthday Parade, Mega Duck, Arch-Glacor and Croesus

As is tradition we will be opening our birthday month with a parade from Lumbridge to Falador to celebrate turning 21!

Right after that we will run the Mega Duck for that sweet sweet pet chance.

Then we will head out for an hour of Arch-Glacor and follow that up with some Croesus sheenanigans
