At the end it says the Altar increases prayer 20 over maximum, it's actually only by 2. I wish it was 20... OP.

confirmed as 20 over max

 

Guessed OP could be referring to OSRS (even though posted in RS3 section), however, OSRS guide does not mention any prayer boost at the end
