In the While Guthix Sleeps Quest Guide https://www.runehq.com/quest/while-guthix-sleeps on Step # 27 you need to locate Turael to recruit him to your hero party.  The guide lists Turael's location in south Taverly.  He is no longer located there, and is now located in burthorpe very close to the lodestone, just west of it.
