[Submission Added]The Brink of Extinction pickaxe requirement

The required items listed on the quest guide https://www.runehq.com/quest/brink-of-extinction-the state rune pickaxe or dragon pickaxe.  The new requirements are adamant pickaxe or higher, this is what is now listed on the quest overview.  Also, it is fine if the pickaxe is in the toolbelt.
