On Runehq it states that water spells will take down a Steel Dragon, but in fact water spells do not work on Steels. It is Fire spells that work, and works very well. My game name is Da Elder One

Water spells is their weakness. Fire spells are a higher level spell. This means that if your magic level and gear is high enough, those spells can outhit water spells. But this doesn't change their weakness.
