Captain - Event Manager (Reports directly to Bloggerben and Fleek Six)
Lieutenant - Recruiter (Reports directly to Tiny Vast, Fleek Six and Bloggerben)

o For every person you recruit to the clan you will rank up one time up until you reach Sergeant

o There is a possibility to rank up depending on how many resources you contribute to the citadel
