I'm in need of 300.000 empty vials.  I'll buy any you have, but I would prefer multiplies of 1000.  Message me ingame.

You can buy empty vials in pack of 100 throughout the game if you have trouble buying them from players or via GE. Packs can be bought from Obli's General Store, Jatix's Herblore Shop, Frincos's Fabulous Herb Store, The Lighthouse Store, Grud's Herblore Stall, and Prifddinas General Store

I am aware, but they only have so much in stock.  There's nowhere near enough, even if I empty them daily.
