In short I'm looking to get 120 slayer (from 117), archaeology (from 117), herblore (from 118), and farming (from 118). What's everyone else doing?

Cleansing Crystals at the Hefin Cathedral are doubled. It's expensive but worth it during dxp and fairly afk if you have the Quiver from Priff task set.
